ARLINGTON, VA-The Metropolitan at Pentagon City, an apartment building consisting of 325 units at 901 S. 15th St. in Arlington, is getting renovated. The complex was sold to Invesco Real Estate of Dallas last August.
Within the next two months, 15 of 325 units will be fully improved. Approval for the renovation of all 325 units is still pending. The renovation of the whole complex would take six months to one year to complete. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
