LOS ANGELES-Shamrock Holdings of California Inc.'s Burbank headquarters has been sold to Centurion Real Estate Partners of New York. Shamrock Holdings had built the 37,000-square-foot building at 4444 Lakeside Drive in 1984.
Mesa West Capital LLC has set up $6 million in financing for the sale. Shamrock directors employed Bruce Stein from Real Property Partners to negotiate the deal with a joint venture between Five Mile and Centurion.
