MINNEAPOLIS-Minneapolis-based Stuart Co. is planning to start construction of a new apartment complex consisting of 124 units in New Brighton's Northwest Quadrant. Construction work for The View Apartments at Long Lake will start in June and will be ready by summer 2012.
Stuart will buy the property for $1.25 million. New Brighton had promised to assist Stuart by paying $1.2 million to reduce the cost of development.
