SAN DIEGO-Voit Real Estate Services Inc. has closed the sale of an industrial property in San Diego's Miramar submarket. Formula Industrial Holdings LLC has sold the 12,300-square-foot single-tenant industrial building at 7750 Formula Place situated between Interstate 15 and 805 to Mossmer Family Trust for $1.5 million.
