SAN FRANCISCO-Aurora Algae has signed a contract to relocate its headquarters and laboratories to Hayward from Alameda. The company has leased 35,000 square feet at 3325 Investment Blvd., a building that previously housed the headquarters of Cholestech.

Aurora has moved from 20,000 square feet to 35,000 square feet in order to enlarge its operations. Gateway Commercial Real Estate and CB Richard Ellis brokered the Hayward lease.For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune.
