DURHAM, NC-The Brookdale Group, a real estate investor based in Atlanta, has acquired Nottingham Hall, a four-story office building, from Herndon, Virginia-based American Real Estate Partners for $13.6 million. The 105,363-square-foot building is situated in the Imperial Center business park of Durham.
Celgene Corp., Infineon Technologies and BioCryst Pharmaceuticals occupy space in the Nottingham building. Brokers from Cassidy Turley's Washington, DC, and Raleigh offices negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal.
