NEW YORK CITY-Crank Cycling Studio has signed a 10-year lease for 800 square feet at The View at 4630 Center Boulevard in Long Island City. The new studio, which is scheduled to open this spring, will have 26 modern Schwinn torture racks.
Asking rents in the area are nearly $35 per square foot annually. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Ted Kokkoris of Modern Spaces, while the landlord was represented by Josh Singer and Steven Baker of Winick Realty.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
