BOSTON-Eagle Investment Systems, a unit of Bank of New York Mellon, has signed a contract with Equity Office to occupy 100,000 square feet at 45 William St. in Wellesley. The William Street building is portion of the Wellesley Office Park situated near Interstate 95 and Route 9 on the Newton-Wellesley border.
Eagle Investment Systems will occupy the site vacated by the marketing division of Biogen Idec. The company has leased the space directly from Equity Office.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
