LAUDERHILL, FL-Gourmet China has prolonged its long-term lease deal for 1,250 square feet at Inverrary Falls, a Publix-anchored 85,000-square-foot retail center at Inverrary Boulevard and Oakland Park Boulevard in Lauderhill. The tenant has signed the deal with Konover South, the owner of the property.
Other tenants, including Golden Krust, Bank Atlantic, H&R Block, Simply Fashions, Sarah's Beauty Supply & Accessories, Little Caesar's and Wachovia Bank, occupy space in the retail center.
