BELLEVUE, WA-Norwalk, Connecticut-based HEI Hospitality Group has filed a petition to reestablish plans for Courtyard by Marriott, a 378-room hotel in downtown Bellevue. The proposed 16-story development is situated south of the Bellevue Transit Center at 200 110th Ave. N.E.
The revised plan proposed for the 231,500-square-foot Bellevue project includes a 14,200-square-foot banquet and meeting space, a 142-seat restaurant and parlor and a 297-vehicle parking lot.
