LOUISVILLE, KY-Louisville Central Community Centers Inc. is preparing to convert the old International Harvester Co. property situated in West Louisville into a retail and job development center. The $8.5 million conversion project will convert more than 110,000 square feet into commercial space for business tenants.
LCCC is also planning add another commercial space measuring 32,000 square feet in the site. The old International Harvester site is situated at West Muhammad Ali Boulevard and 13th Street in the Russell neighborhood.For the full story, go to Business First.
