NEW YORK CITY-J. Crew Group Inc.'s Madewell has inked a long-term lease deal for its second location in Manhattan. The women's clothing brand has leased 4,500 square feet of space at 115 Fifth Ave. situated between 18th and 19th streets.
The leased space was previously occupied by Nine West. This new lease has made Madewell enter into the Flatiron District. John Siegel of Texas-based Open Realty Advisors was involved in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
