NEW YORK CITY-Alberto Tartari, the owner of Il Melograno, has inked a lease for seven years for 700 square feet at 750 Eleventh Ave. situated between West 52nd and West 53rd streets in the Hell's Kitchen area. The new Italian cafe called Il Baretto will be opened towards the end of April.
The asking rent for the space was $55 per square foot. Aaron Gavios of Square Foot Realty represented both the tenant and the landlord, Clinton Housing Development, in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
