
NEW YORK CITY-Oppenheimer Funds has decided to remain at Brookfield's World Financial Center. The firm has singed a lease for 15 years with Brookfield for 235,000 square feet at 2 WFC.
Oppenheimer Funds' new lease will start when its sublease deal with Merrill Lynch comes to an end in 2013. In the lease transaction, Amy Fox, Robert Constable and Stuart Romanoff from Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Duncan McCuaig and Jerry Larkin represented the landlord in-house.
