NEW YORK CITY-Charlottesville, Virginia-based SNL Financial is enlarging its space on lower Broadway. The firm has inked a lease for seven years with Capital Properties for 13,550 square feet of space at 115 Broadway, also called 2 Trinity Centre.

The 22-story building is situated between Cedar and Thames streets. Asking rent was $35 per square foot.
