NEW YORK CITY-Amit Doshi from Besen & Associates has closed the sale of 10 distressed apartment buildings in the upper Manhattan and Bronx for $22.25 million or about $105 per square foot. The buildings contain 25 stores and 239 apartments.
The average rent for each apartment in the portfolio is $990 per month. In the transaction, the seller was also represented by Mark Mandell with Mandell, Mandell, Okin and Edelman, while the buyer was represented by Michael Papagianopolous with Karabelas & Papagianopolous.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
