TAMPA, FL-World Wide Technology, Inc. has renewed its lease for 1,661 square feet and expanded its space by 5,430 square feet at Highwoods Bay Center I in the Westshore submarket of Tampa. The company has renewed lease deal with Highwoods Properties, Inc., the landlord.
With the new addition, World Wide Technology's space at the building totals to 7,091 square feet. In the lease deal, Jack Hoskins with CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, while Matt Watson represented the landlord in-house.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
