NEW YORK CITY-5 Napkin Burger is opening a restaurant in Union Square. The burger chain has leased 3,570 square feet of space situated on the corner of Third Avenue and 14th Street from Solil Management.
The new restaurant will occupy space on the ground floor and the basement. Tatiana Jung-Voevodina and Richard Smith of Winick Realty Group represented the tenant, while Judy Brener represented the landlord in-house in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
