CHICAGO-Bel Brands USA, a branch of Paris-based Fromageries Bel, is relocating its US headquarters from Elk Grove Village to the West Loop. The company has subleased 27,000 square feet at the 30 S. Wacker Drive complex from CIT Group Inc.
The sublease deal for the 30th-floor space will end in November 2018. Bel Brands has also extended the deal with Tishman Speyer Properties L.P., the landlord. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented the tenant, and CB Richard Ellis represented CIT in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
