OAKLAND, CA-Exel Inc. has expanded its space in the 400,000-square-foot Oakland Airport Business Park. The company has leased 192,682 square feet at 7200 Edgewater Dr. in Oakland.
AMB Property Corp. owns the business park, which sits on a 19-acre area. Exel will move to the space occupied Metropolitan Furniture/Steelcase.
