WICHITA, KS-The city of Wichita is planning to sell the Victoria Park Apartments, a 20-unit apartment building at 612 E. Douglas in downtown Wichita. Four buyers, including Dr. Robert Eyster who has acquired the Zelman's building, have submitted their sealed bids to the city.
Builders Inc. is representing Eyster in his attempt to acquire the Victoria Park Apartments. The city purchased the three-story apartment building from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in 1994.For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal.
