COLUMBIA, MD-Bethesda-based First Potomac Realty Trust has purchased the Merrill Lynch building located at 10320 Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia for $11 million. The 12-story building, which houses more than 25 tenants, is 70% leased.
First Potomac has also bought Cedar Hill I and III office buildings measuring 103,000 square feet in Tysons Corner for an amount of $22.8 million. The three-story office buildings are 100% leased.
