ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has closed a lease renewal deal in Kissimmee. Hardin Construction Company, LLC has renewed its lease for an industrial building measuring 11,600 square feet at Poinciana CommerCenter West at 1780 Business Center Lane in Kissimmee.
Hardin Construction Company has signed the deal with Maitland-based Realvest-Poinciana LLC, the landlord. The company is occupying the largest space in the building. Michael Heidrich of NAI Realvest negotiated the deal on behalf of the landlord.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
