ST. LOUIS-The proposed $30 million project of The DESCO Group and Lindenwood University in St. Charles is proceeding ahead. Last week, the St. Charles City Council approved a resolution supporting the Lindenwood Town Center project planed on a 40-acre land in the eastern part of Lindenwood University campus.
The proposed project will include commercial office space, restaurants, retail, student housing, a post office and a hotel. Officials are planning to start construction on the shopping center in Q4 of this year.For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal.
