PASADENA, FL-Meridian Capital Group, LLC has obtained $15.75 million in financing for the purchase of Landmark at Waters Pointe, a five-story, 198-unit multifamily property located at 1885 Shore Drive South in Pasadena, Florida. The five-year loan secured by the firm features a fixed-rate of 4.78%.
