WASHINGTON, DC-The Tower Cos. has signed two lease deals at The Millennium Building, a 239,128-square-foot building at 1909 K St. NW. Ballard Spahr LLP has leased 38,468 square feet and Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart PC, a labor and employment firm, has leased 19,234 square feet at the 12-story building.
In the transaction, Ballard Spahr and Ogletree Deakins were represented by Montview Realty Advisors and Grubb & Ellis Co., respectively, and the landlord was represented by CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
