ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has closed the sale of an industrial facility in Orlando. Redmond, Washington-based Univar USA, Inc. has sold the 12,897-square-foot industrial building at 8120 and 8400 S. Orange Ave. to Apex, North Carolina-based PetroLiance Properties, LLC for $875,000.
The property, situated at the corner of Sand Lake Road, also includes a 2,897-square-foot office space. In the transaction, the seller was represented by NAI Realvest's Robert Blackwell and Sean DuPree, while the buyer was represented by Clemens Commercial Real Estate.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
