MEMPHIS-EmailWe Communications is moving its operations to a 50,112-square-foot building in Memphis. The company has inked a lease for five years with Hollingsworth Capital Partners LLC, the building owner, for 12,245 square feet at 3715 Perkins Road in Southeast Memphis.
The building, constructed in Corporate Park in 1981, sits on a four-acre parcel. About 10,253 square feet remains vacant at the building. Preston Thomas, Mike Driscoll and Andy Cates from Colliers International negotiated the deal on behalf of the landlord.For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
