JACKSON, MS-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a full-service hotel in Jackson, Mississippi. A financial institution has sold the Clarion Hotel & Suites, a 222-room hotel at 5075 I-55 North, to a limited liability company for an amount of $620,000.
