ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has completed the sale of an office condominium in Lady Lake. Windermere-based 138th Place Properties, LLC has sold the office condo measuring 2,551 square feet at The Oaks Professional Center at 8575 138th Lane situated in The Villages in Lady Lake to Bellview-based CPMP Enterprises of Central Florida, LLC for $574,425.
