NORTH BAY VILLAGE, FL-Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. has negotiated a new lease deal in North Bay Village. The City of North Bay Village has signed a lease for five years with Lexi Development Company, Inc. for 7,405 square feet at the Shoppes at the Lexi situated at 1700 Kennedy Causeway for $970,056.
