WASHINGTON, DC-Douglas Development Corp. and McCaffery Interests Inc. have acquired the 675 H St. NW site situated at the corner of Seventh and H Streets for an undisclosed price at an auction. The McCaffery-Douglas partnership is planning to turn the site into a mixed-use development consisting of 45,000 to 48,000 square feet of retail and office space.
