DAVIE-SIKON Construction has commenced renovation work on Burlington Coat Factory, a new 84,605-square-foot store at Pine Island Shopping Center in Davie. The company is under an agreement with Equity One Realty & Management FL, Inc. to renovate the property.
The $1.2 million interior improvement of the old Home Depot Expo store located at 8944 W. SR 84 is expected to be completed in May 2011. SIKON has also constructed the headquarters of Equity One in North Miami Beach.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
