FORT MYERS, FL-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated a lease renewal deal in Fort Myers. Sony Electronics, Inc. has signed a lease renewal for 29,096 square feet at 12451 Gateway Blvd., a 68,025-square-foot building in Fort Myers.
Sony Electronics' lease in Lee County will run through March 2016.
