CLIFTON, NJ-National healthcare organization Apollo Health Street is relocating from Bloomfield to Clifton, signing a 34,500-square-foot, 10-year office lease at 2 Brighton Rd. here. In mid-April, Apollo will move into the second and third floors at the 155,000-square-foot Allwood Atrium Office Park, previously the global headquarters of now-defunct retailer Linens ’n Things. Exact terms of the deal were not disclosed, but rents reportedly average in excess of $20 per square foot.
