ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has closed a lease deal for an industrial space in Orlando. Blue Whale Studios, Inc. has leased 1,830 square feet in Suite 102 at South Park Business Center, a 58,000-square-foot business center at 8600 Commodity Circle.
The tenant has signed the lease deal with Miami-based South Park, LLC for the industrial space at the office and warehouse center. South Park Business Center was constructed in 2008.
