MIAMI BEACH-Worldwide Development Services has closed the sale of condominium units in Miami. Optibase Real Estate Miami, a division of an Israel-based real estate investment firm, has acquired 21 condo units at the Marquis Residences located at 1100 Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami.

The company has purchased the condo units from Leviev Boymelgreen Marquis Developers, LLC for an amount of $8.6 million. Optibase is planning to take the units for investment purpose, said Eddy Martinez, Worldwide's CEO and broker.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
