MILWAUKEE-Milwaukee-based Bentley World-Packaging Ltd. has signed an industrial lease for 108,000 square feet of an Oak Creek building located at 10001 S. Howell Ave. for warehouse as well as assembly operations. The company has signed the lease deal with F.M. Real Estate Co. LLC, the owner of the building.
