HOUSTON-Champions Dance Rhythm has found a space for its Fred Astaire Dance Studio. The firm has inked a lease for 3,141 square feet of retail space in Vintage Park Shopping Center for its new studio.
Champions Dance Rhythm has leased the space from Vintage Park LLC. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Debra Nouhra from Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, Commercial Division, and the landlord was represented by Andrew Kelson from CB Richard Ellis.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
