MILWAUKEE-Downtown Milwaukee office market is attracting firms. Chicago-based Falk Metz LLC has purchased a 2,800-square-foot office condo in the Commission House located at 400 N. Broadway for $305,000.
Falk Metz, which has bought the property in the 3rd Ward, is now improving its office space and will relocate there in April. In another deal, Krukowski & Costello SC is relocating to the Boiler House situated in The Brewery redevelopment project from the city of Milwaukee. Inland Cos.
