ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The recent acquisition of Brea-based Beckman Coulter Inc. by Danaher Corp. of Washington, DC might not affect the long-planned sale of Beckman's former Fullerton headquarters. Last summer, Newport Beach-based Voit Real Estate Services' Anaheim office had listed the 44-acre former Beckman Fullerton site for sale.
The property includes eight industrial, laboratory and office buildings totaling nearly 600,000 square feet. The site is still being marketed and the sale is expected to be closed later this year.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
