ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Newport Beach-based Irvine Company is focusing on developing new homes in Orange County. The company has announced its plan for selling nearly 2,600 homes to be constructed by Irvine Pacific LP at its new Laguna Altura and Stonegate developments as well as the 86-home San Marino project this year.
