NEW YORK CITY-At the beginning of this month, Manhattan-based Storage Deluxe had purchased the Jewish Press Building situated near the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn for $6.5 million. Now the company is planning to turn the property into a storage facility measuring 85,000 square feet.

Storage Deluxe had also bought a land situated between Long Island City and Woodside in Queens at about the same time when it bought the Jewish Press Building. The company is now constructing an 80,000-square-foot facility there.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
