PHILADELPHIA-An investment trust of Newport Beach-based KBS Realty Advisors has acquired a four-building industrial portfolio situated in northeastern Pennsylvania for a total amount of $90 million. The four properties, valued at $54.73 per square foot, total nearly 133 acres of land.

The buildings, situated in the communities of Hazleton, Jessup and Hazleton, total approximately 1.6 million square feet. Tenants, including Amazon.com, Kimberly-Clark and Grupo Bimbo, a division of Entenmann, have occupied space in the buildings.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
