ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Orange-based MeriCal Inc. has leased a warehouse located at 447 W. Freedom Ave. in Orange from San Francisco-based Stockbridge Real Estate Funds. The company has moved to the industrial building measuring 31,147 square feet and plans to improve the building.
MeriCal also has warehouses in Mira Loma and Orange. Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Brian Chastain, Greg Osborne and Steve Schaner represented the tenant, while Voit Real Estate Services' Hayden Socci and Robert Socci represented the landowner in the transaction.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
