HOUSTON-America Commercial Real Estate has negotiated a lease renewal in The Woodlands on behalf of MPTobis Online, the tenant. MPTobis Online has renewed its lease for an office/warehouse space measuring 5,000 square feet at The Pines Business Park situated at 26009 Budde Road.
