ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Newport Beach-based Murrel Co. is refurbishing and adding approximately 3,000 square feet of retail space to its building situated along Harbor Boulevard in downtown Fullerton. The building could be used for an eatery and the second-floor space of the building could be utilized for shops or office purpose.
Once the construction gets completed in May, the building will have 12,700 square feet. Murrel had bought the building in 2008 from Tiger Yang for $4.5 million.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
