WASHINGTON, DC-Ballard is relocating its 39-lawyer Washington office located at 601 13th St. NW to The Millennium Building. The firm has inked a lease deal for 10 years with The Tower Co. for 38,468 square feet in The Millennium, a LEED-certified building at 1909 K St.
