DELRAY BEACH, FL-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of a Veterans of Foreign War building in Delray Beach. Boca Raton-based BOEJ LLC has acquired a former Veterans of Foreign War post at 5 SE 2nd Ave.
The 3,090 square-foot property, situated one block south of Atlantic Avenue, was constructed in 1948. BOEJ has bought the VFW building as an investment.
