NEW YORK CITY-Brooklyn Industries is planning to open its sixth store in Brooklyn. The company has recently inked a lease deal for five years for 2,200 square feet of space at 70 Front St. situated between Washington and Main streets, close to the Brooklyn waterfront in Dumbo.
The asking rent for the space was $42 per square foot. The retailer's new shop will replace Mikey's Hook-Up. Brooklyn Industries has leased the space from Two Trees Management.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business Journal.
